1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spendlist ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Spendlist is a manual spending list and budget tracking tool. We do not connect to financial institutions, banks, or payment processors for account data. All data is entered manually by users.

3. Eligibility

Service is available to US residents only. You must provide a valid US postal code during signup. You must be 13 years or older to create an account.

4. User Accounts

Authentication is via magic link email only — no passwords are stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email address. Account deletion initiates a 30-day grace period before permanent data removal.

5. Payments

Premium and Ultimate tiers are billed annually via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spendlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including financial decisions made based on data tracked in the Service.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell user data. All data is stored securely with row-level security enforced at the database layer.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
